Partners
Partner and referral program
We work with agents, master agents, resellers, managed service providers and individual referral sources to place data center services with their clients. The channel is a real part of how this business grows, and it is paid accordingly.
Two tiers, depending on how involved you stay
The difference is not status — it is how much of the relationship you keep. That determines which agreement you sign and how you are paid.
| Referral Partner | You introduce a qualified prospect and we take the sales process from there. Paid as a one-time payment based on the initial contract term. |
|---|---|
| Managed Partner | You stay involved — managing the relationship, providing tier-1 support or other services. Paid as an ongoing percentage commission, or residual, for as long as the relationship runs. |
Involvement and investment sit on a sliding scale, and the agreements follow it. If your arrangement does not fit either description exactly, say so — the structure is meant to match what you actually do.
What you would be selling
A carrier-neutral facility in downtown Orlando, operating since 1997, with N+1 power, cooling and connectivity, and nine carriers plus an internet exchange already in the building. SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2 and a HIPAA Security Rule examination, all from 360 Advanced — which matters for your regulated clients, and which many regional facilities cannot offer.
For MSPs specifically, the boundary is clean: we are responsible for the facility, you stay responsible for what runs inside it. Nothing about a colocation relationship displaces you with your own customer.

Tell us what you sell today and who your clients are, and we will work out which tier makes sense before anybody signs anything.
